I was curious but not holding my breath with these socks. (As many sock companies have made promises about protecting against blisters and then I got blisters.) I initially bought them for my Dr. Martens boots as my Doc branded pair did not work. These did not give me blisters and any existing ones I had were not aggravated. I have worn them since with some rough or stiff edged high top sneakers and my ankles and heels have been fine! Very impressed!

Best of pair of socks ever! Bought them after making the mistake of buying sambas and my ankle was distroyed. Now I wish I could replace every sock I own, with these. They just help so much (thick and support your feet) while protecting your ankle. Definitely trip and Disney day approved :)
